Program Overview
Your Green Action (YGA) is the environmental and climate action program of the Wang & Tangang Foundation. It empowers young people to understand climate change, adopt sustainable lifestyles, and become active drivers of environmental solutions within their communities.
YGA combines climate education, practical action, global collaboration, and youth leadership to address climate challenges—particularly in developing and underserved regions—by focusing on what individuals and communities can do today.
The Challenge
Climate change is one of the most urgent challenges of our time, yet many young people feel overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure how to act.
The Opportunity
Our Solution: The Your Green Action Fellowship
Your Green Action is built around a recurring online fellowship program, complemented by digital campaigns and community engagement.
Every three months, YGA brings together a new cohort of young people who:
Follow a structured online curriculum on climate change and sustainability
Receive step-by-step guidance to adopt eco-friendly behaviors
Participate in interactive sessions, challenges, and peer discussions
Share their journey and inspire others through social media and community action
What Makes Your Green Action Unique
YGA goes beyond traditional climate education.
A Fellowship, Not Just a Course
Participants are part of a global fellowship, fostering accountability, collaboration, and shared growth.
A Global Climate Advocates Network
Graduates become part of a growing network of climate advocates who share best practices and mobilize their communities.

Practical, Action-Oriented Learning
The program emphasizes daily, realistic actions—from consumption choices to lifestyle changes—that participants apply immediately.
Strong Global South Focus
Led by founders from Cameroon and China, YGA is intentionally inclusive and designed to resonate with youth in developing and underrepresented regions
Scaling the Impact (What’s Next)
Beyond the online fellowship, Your Green Action will scale through:
